Colorado Driving Age Requirements

Teenagers in Littleton, like elsewhere in Colorado, can begin their driving journey at different ages, each with specific requirements:

Age 15 to 15½

Eligible for a driver’s education permit after completing a state-approved driver education course. With this permit, they must be accompanied by a driving instructor, parent, legal guardian, or a licensed adult 21 years of age or older in the front seat.
