New Adult Driver's Education Program
- Become a safe, competent driver in the U.S. by taking our new adult driver's package.
- First, we'll ensure you fully understand the signs, roadway markings, traffic laws, and commonly misunderstood driving situations with a one-on-one tutorial in our classroom.
- Next, gain invaluable experience during the six hours of behind-the-wheel training.
- This package includes the Colorado Written Knowledge Test for the permit and the Colorado State Drive Test to help make obtaining your CO Driver's License much quicker.
- We can custom-design programs to address your specific concerns or problem areas you may have.
- This package is commonly the best option for international visitors and students seeking to obtain their Colorado drivers license.
Our New Adult Driver’s Program consists of three parts:
1. A two-hour one-on-one classroom tutorial which covers items most commonly misunderstood by new adult drivers. At the end of the tutorial, we will administer the Colorado Written Permit Test.
2. Six hours of Behind-the-Wheel training which builds on the solid foundation of the previous tutorial. This portion of the program includes three two-hour private lessons with our expert instructors. The driving lessons are conducted in company-owned vehicles equipped with passenger-side safety brakes and extra rear-view mirrors for the instructors. The behind the wheel hours will be completed in three months.
3. Lastly, after practicing what you’ve learned outside of our lessons, you’ll take the Colorado Drive Test. We can schedule your test Monday through Friday and on Saturdays by appointment in our Lakewood office.
Please note: New drivers usually need many more than 6 hours of driving to be competent, safe drivers and to pass the Colorado State Drive Test. Please arrange to practice the skills you learned in the Behind-the-Wheel sessions with friends and family before taking the Drive Test.
